Medical Coding and Auditing Services, Inc. started in 1998 on the premise of providing our clients with experienced credentialed coders, professional and timely communication between coders and hospital staff, and a very good audit/coding process held to only the highest standard.

There's no substitute for Experience
Each coder has industry recognized credentials of RHIA, RHIT, CPC or CCS and an average of 20+ of experience.
We are members of AHIMA, eMHIMA and MoHIMA.

Communication is a key ingredient to a "win-win" working relationship and, because of great communication,
we are able to be flexible in our scheduling.

In most cases, we can react very quickly to scheduling changes. Hearing and understanding our clients' needs allows our team to collaborate with the hospital team to maximize efficiencies throughout the coding process. Additionally, we are very deliberate and intentional in assisting the department in the scheduling of our coders.

Jill founded, and has been successfully running Medical Coding and Auditing Services, Inc. for the last 23 years.
She started her company after having the first of her three daughters.
She has previously worked as a Sr. consultant/auditor/coder for two larger Healthcare Consulting firms. She values flexibility, detailed communication and superb quality.
Susan Sartin
C.C.S.
Susie has been a Certified Coding Specialist since 2004. She has vast experience with both coding and auditing at Midstate Foundation for Medical Care, CIMRO, Renown Healthcare and St. Francis Medical Center, the largest IL downstate hospital. She has been a very reliable part of our team since 2014.
Lori Mueller Stumpf, R.H.I.T, C.C.S
Lori holds an Associates Degree in Medial Record Technology from Belleville Area College. She brings nearly 35years of coding and physician office experience in healthcare organizations such as: BJC, St. Alexius and Mercy Health System. She has also worked as a coding consultant and auditor for DRG Review and Aspen Systems Consulting Firm.
Lisa Melody,
R.H.I.T., C.P.C.
Lisa received her Associate in Applied Science in HIM from St. Charles Community College. She is an RHIT and CPC. Lisa has worked as a coder for organizations such as St. Luke's, Healthcare Billing of St. Charles, G2N and most recently St. Louis University Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis. She was also adjunct faculty for CPT coding at St. Charles Community College.
